Stress can be managed by thinking and acting with the correct course.
The health promotion program "Complacent and safe stress" by Prof. Dr. Gert Kaluza includes relaxation, cognitive, problem solving and training. It is necessary to supplement this with sports and exercise, social support, goals, time management and contingency strategies.
